Title:  Marketing Coordinator

Immediate Supervisor: Senior Marketing Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

General Summary:  The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of  Tavistock Development Company by executing against a strategic marketing plan and aligned to business objectives.. The position will assist in the research, planning and development of marketing plans, collateral and toolkits  aligned with the commercial sales, leasing (retail and office) and business development project portfolio at Tavistock Development Company. The Marketing Coordinator will also act as a liaison with internal departments and some external contacts as well.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs focused on commercial real estate such as lead generation, email, events, social media, and content marketing
  • Create timely and accurate sales presentations and packages using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Update digital ads and marketing collateral using templates created in Adobe Programs
  • Assist in the creation, coordination and tracking of marketing collateral and projects, such as presentations, newsletters, brochures, email and direct mail campaigns, tour books, comp maps, fliers, market analyses, and aerial photography
  • Conduct market research and prepare corresponding summaries, reports and one-pagers as needed
  • Maintain, upload and adjust content and image assets for internal and external sites
  • Organize, track and maintain inventory of marketing materials and digital assets
  • Assist and participate in industry functions, tradeshow booths or conferences
  • Track and maintain databases, mailing lists and vendor agreements
  • Prints and collates materials for executive presentations and prospect meetings
  • Supports the marketing team by performing due diligence on external vendors and keeping up to date on real estate market trends
  • Serves as liaison between the company and outside agencies, consultants, print suppliers, and other maketing services
  • Creates, proofreads, and edits copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice across all channels
  • Monitor, generate and support social media channels, campaigns and posts, specifically LinkedIn account and content
  • Assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development
  • Validate and fulfill request for marketing information
  • All other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising preferred) or related field and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience in commercial real estate marketing or branding
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, and ability to navigate projects from briefing to completion
  • Self-starter that is meticulous, highly organized and a master multi-tasker
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Must have interpersonal skills to balance approachability, customer service and creative problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative suite
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible in managing a workload of varied tasks, some with conflicting deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above
  • Must be physically able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
