As Senior Director of Commercial Sales, Leasing & Development for Tavistock Development Company, Joanne Ling leads the development and leasing of mixed-use projects, retail developments, and land transactions. Her extensive expertise and deep market knowledge make her a key player in the region’s real estate landscape.
In her role, Joanne has been instrumental in the development of more than 1.75 million square feet of retail and mixed-use space, with a focus on the Lake Nona community. Her role involves overseeing the design, development, master planning, and leasing of a wide range of projects, ensuring they align with both market demands and long-term community vision.
Prior to joining Tavistock, Joanne served as a Senior Leasing Associate at Weingarten Realty, managing the leasing of approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail properties and as Vice President of Stewart Title overseeing commercial and residential closings and property transfers. With more than two decades in Central Florida’s real estate market, her experience in both leasing and land development further strengthens her ability to navigate the complexities of commercial real estate.
