Meet these 5 retail tenants headed to Lake Nona’s Pixon

Pilates and cycling studios are among the new tenants revealed at Lake Nona developer Tavistock Development Co. LLC’s estimated $30 million mixed-use project.

The tenants are expected to open in late 2019 in the 11-story, 200-unit Pixon apartment community at 7004 Tavistock Lakes Blvd. The apartment tower features 32,500 square feet of retail space.

“Pixon’s mix of restaurants, fitness studios, modern design and signature art installations makes it a destination where guests will have a rich mixture of amenities,” Skipper Peek, senior vice president of commercial development for Tavistock, said in a prepared statement.
