Tavistock Development Co. Announces New Tenants for The Green at Lakewood Ranch

Tavistock Development Company, a diversified real estate firm based in Orlando, is excited to announce a slate of new tenants for The Green at Lakewood Ranch. The new businesses bring a variety of retail options to The Green including additional restaurants, grooming and beauty services, and health care.

Located in a free-standing structure at The Green’s entrance, a new three-tenant building will soon be home to a 2,400-square-foot Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2,500-square-foot Verizon store, and 2,200-square-foot Starbucks. In the main plaza building, Lavish Nails, Mattresses & More, and Main Street Dentistry will each open 2,800-square-foot locations. New local vendors include the Tampa-based SoFresh seasonal kitchen in a 1,200-square-foot space and an additional location for Modern Gents in a 1,500-square-foot space.

All tenants are expected to open by early winter.

Located at the northeast corner of SR 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, The Green is a new 525,000-square-foot, mixed-use development within Lakewood Ranch, the third fastest-selling master planned community in the U.S. according to RCLCO.
