Nicholas F. Beucher III is co-chief executive officer of Tavistock Group, leading global strategy and investment initiatives across a diverse portfolio of operating companies, ventures and real estate holdings. Alongside co-CEO Josh Levy, Nick guides the institutional single-family office’s vision, focusing on thoughtfully curated investments and the creation of iconic destinations.

He also serves as CEO of Tavistock Development Company, overseeing the strategy and execution of the firm’s nationally recognized real estate portfolio. Headquartered in Lake Nona, Tavistock Development plans, designs and builds innovative residential, retail, commercial and industrial environments. Flagship projects include Lake Nona, a 17-square-mile smart city known for pioneering technology, mobility and wellness initiatives; Sunbridge, a sustainability-focused “naturehood;” Infinity Park, an innovative industrial district; Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina in Fort Lauderdale; and strategic development initiatives in Boston.

Additionally, Nick directs multidisciplinary teams across Tavistock’s global portfolio, including renewable energy investments in Argentina, sports and lifestyle brand development and distribution in Mexico, luxury hospitality experiences through Nexus Luxury Collection, and structured real estate financing and asset management with 25 Capital.

Nick serves on the Tavistock Group board of directors and executive committee. He was recently appointed to the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation board, where he supports initiatives focused on empowering and strengthening Central Florida’s youngest residents.

He earned bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees, including an MBA and a master’s in sports business management, from the University of Central Florida. Nick’s impact-oriented leadership continues to shape transformative ventures advancing community, culture and capital.
