As Senior Vice President of Tavistock Development Company, Chris Gandolfo oversees the development and construction of Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale as the company revitalizes the iconic waterfront property to include a luxury resort, high-end residences and world-class marina. Chris also leads the development teams for all hospitality, mixed-use and multi-family projects within the Tavistock portfolio.
In his role, Chris is responsible for oversight and strategic planning to execute developments from inception to completion by assembling the right mix of talent to deliver premium results. Throughout his career, Chris has a proven track record of turning ideas and concepts into reality by maximizing development potential for all stakeholders providing continued success for the company.
Prior to joining Tavistock, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Swire Properties, where he spent 20 years overseeing and executing complex, large-scale development projects in the United States and China. Notably, he managed the $1.05B, mixed-use, 4.3 million square-foot Brickell City Centre Development through completion.
Chris is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Habitat for Humanity and Florida Foster Care.
Chris received his MBA in real estate development from Nova Southeastern University after completing his undergraduate degree at Florida International University.
