As Senior Vice President of Operations for Tavistock Development Company, Clint Beaty spearheads the development of Sunbridge – a new region spanning 27,000 acres across two counties in Central Florida.
Clint’s business acumen and dedication bring the vision of Sunbridge, a community designed to create connections to nature, to life. Leading Central Florida’s next wave of connective smart growth, Clint oversees all project management including entitlements, planning, and development as well as all project budgets and schedules for Sunbridge. A valued leader within Tavistock for more than 15 years, Clint brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of solving problems and creating substantial value throughout a wide range of asset classes and businesses.
Prior to joining Tavistock, Clint served as Senior Vice President of CNL Financial Group and Senior Vice President of CNL Restaurant Properties where he was responsible for all functions of asset management. He also served as Director of Development and Finance for Give Kids the World where he oversaw business development.
Clint is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
