As Vice President of Predevelopment & Design at Tavistock Development Company, Frank Paris oversees the design and predevelopment of Tavistock’s pipeline projects throughout the large-scale, master-planned communities of Lake Nona and Sunbridge.
In his role, Frank guides projects from inception through funding approval while skillfully navigating complex approval processes with a collaborative approach. He leverages his expertise in real estate development, design management, and construction management to shape key projects, across a variety of asset classes, including the 100-acre Lake Nona Town Center Master Plan, Lake Nona Wave Hotel, Boxi Park, Sunbridge recreational amenities, and numerous other developments.
Frank brings more than 35 years of experience to Tavistock, having held leadership roles at prominent organizations such as The St. Joe Company, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Universal Creative. His extensive portfolio includes iconic projects such as Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney Springs, Toy Story Land, Disney’s Riviera DVC Resort, and Universal Beijing.
Frank is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on its advisory council for Mixed-Use Development. He is also an Associate American Institute of Architects (AIA) member, a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) member, and a board member for the Poitras Community Development District and Sunbridge Community Development District.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida and has completed post-graduate studies in business administration at the University of South Florida.
