As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Tavistock Development Company, Robert Holmes is instrumental in steering the company’s strategic direction in operations. He oversees planning, entitlements, construction management, and infrastructure across Tavistock’s diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
With a career spanning over thirty years, Robert has built a reputation for his innovative approach to developing master-planned communities and repositioning obsolete assets. His expertise has been pivotal in transforming waterfront properties and other complex sites into vibrant, multifunctional communities.
Before his role at Tavistock, Robert was Vice President at Pulte Group’s Northeast Division, leading projects worth more than $500 million. At Baker Residential, he transformed waterfront properties into multifamily communities valued at $250 million. Additionally, his work with Kitson Partners involved managing significant infrastructure projects across New Jersey and Florida, enhancing his regional industry expertise.
Robert’s dedication to the real estate industry extends beyond his professional roles. He actively contributes to the field as a member of the Association of Florida Community Developers (AFCD) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Central Florida.
Robert is a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management.
