As Senior Director of Tavistock Development Company, Scott Bell spearheads the dynamic marketing and sales of the newly established Sunbridge Business Park, a 650-acre mixed use business park within Tavistock’s visionary Sunbridge development.
In his role, Scott builds fruitful alliances with developers of commercial industrial projects as well as commercial industrial users to facilitate the seamless acquisition of prime sites, driving commercial real estate success for Sunbridge’s newly established business park.
Prior to joining Tavistock, Scott amassed over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with successful tenures at CBRE, Lincoln Property Company, Carter, JLL, and Flagler Development, where he completed over $1 billion in transactions.
Scott currently sits on the National Board of Directors for White Horse Capital and the Executive Advisory Board for the UCF Real Estate Program. He has been inducted into the UCF College of Business Hall of Fame and has served as President for numerous community and industry organizations including NAIOP Central Florida, UCF Athletic Association, UCF Alumni Association, and Boone High School Athletic Association.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.
