Bank would anchor new office building in Lake Nona Town Center

Tavistock Development Company has filed plans with City of Orlando for a 71,000-square foot office building in Lake Nona Town Center.

Located at the intersection of Lake Nona Boulevard and Veterans Way, the 5-story building would be anchored by a bank tenant on the ground floor and would incorporate drive-thru lanes tucked under the structure of the building. The mixed-use building also allocates about 5,000 square feet on the ground floor for retail use, noted as a coffee shop on the building rendering.
