Tavistock Development Co. Announces New Panera Bread Location in The Green at Lakewood Ranch

Tavistock Development Company, a diversified real estate firm based in Orlando, announced today that Panera Bread will open a new 4,300-square-foot restaurant within The Green at Lakewood Ranch. Located at the northeast corner of SR 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, The Green is a new 525,000-square-foot, mixed-use development within Lakewood Ranch, the third fastest-selling master planned community in the U.S. according to RCLCO.

The Panera Bread will include a drive-through window and space for patio dining. A large-scale mural will be hand-painted on one side of the building featuring the brand’s iconic logo. Panera joins The Green’s two anchor tenants – natural foods grocer Earth Fare which opened earlier this year and L.A. Fitness, which is set to open this summer.

In addition to diverse restaurant options, The Green at Lakewood Ranch will feature more than two dozen high quality shops ranging from iconic national brands to local concepts within 150,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant spaces in addition to multi-family luxury residences.
