Lake Nona Greenwood is a new shopping center set to open in Fall 2021 at the corner of Laureate Blvd and Narcoossee Road just south of Lake Nona Plaza.
The new retail center will house two multi-tenant, 23,900-sqaure-foot buildings with a variety of outparcel tenants, including a 10-pump 7-Eleven, new restaurants such as Meson Sandwiches and Tijuana Flats, service options featuring Wash City Car Wash, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Little Gym, Kumon Learning Center, Noire Nail Bar, and Pristine Spa.
In addition to new shops and restaurants, a new apartment neighborhood known as Concorde is also planned to go up behind Lake Nona Greenwood. The 306-unit, gated community is expected to open in 2022.
More tenants are expected to be announced soon and construction is currently underway.
