The Lake Nona Town Center will be the region’s defining retail experience with 6 million square feet of premium shopping, dining, and entertainment. Phase I included a four-story office building with ground-level restaurants, a 200-room, dual-branded Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn, and parking garage defined by iconic art installations. Phase II will see Town Center expand to a 100-acre, open-air social setting featuring a mix of local and national shops and eateries, featuring destinations such as Lake Nona Wave Hotel - a 17-story and more than 5,400 square feet of meeting and event space. Cinépolis Lake Nona - a nine-screen, 40,000-square-foot luxury cinema, with a bowling alley and event space is also being considered.
To drive innovation in experienced-based retail, Tavistock partnered with Intersection, Google-parent Alphabet’s vehicle to integrate technology into urban projects. The partnership will ensure Lake Nona Town Center is imaginatively connected, prepared for future technology and adaptable to the demands of the ever-evolving retail industry.
