Sunbridge is a planned 24,000-acre community across Orange and Osceola Counties inspired by Lake Nona’s innovative live/work/play community design. With a range of neighborhoods, employment centers and commercial districts built around more than 13,000 acres of conservation land, the new development will be attractive to companies and residents who want to be near Lake Nona’s innovation centers while enjoying Florida’s natural landscape.
The first phase of construction is set to break ground in 2018 with industrial space and a campus-style Research Park Special District designed for research, technology, laboratory, academic and administrative needs, all connected through an urban-style design.
