In 2017, Orlando’s top-selling Lake Nona community had its best residential sales year with a record 523 total new home contracts signed within the award-winning master-planned community’s four active selling neighborhoods: the Enclave at VillageWalk, Laureate Park, Somerset Park and the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.
In addition, for the 6th year in a row, Lake Nona has been named to both the John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCO’s (formerly Robert Charles Lesser & Co.) lists of the Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities (MPCs) in the nation. Ranking at number 15 this year on both lists, Lake Nona had a 6% increase in year-over-year sales from 2016. The surveys are based on total home sales as reported by each individual community.
