The Green at Lakewood Ranch is a 38-acre, mixed-use development located northeast of Sarasota, Florida. With a focus on health and fitness industries, The Green features a mix of restaurants, retail, office and residential, anchored by Southwest Florida’s first Earth Fare organic grocer and an LA Fitness. The walkable, urban-inspired space supports the luxury master-planned, 304 residence Lakewood Ranch community and planned 305-acre biotech district CORE (Collaborative Opportunities for Research and Exploration). The first phase of The Green at Lakewood Ranch opened in 2017.
